The Bar

Step into our European-inspired bar — a blend of alfresco seating, intimate booths and lively bar seats. Our sommelier has curated an 80-bottle wine list spanning the Mediterranean, while Head Mixologist Euan Ferderer serves five signature martinis alongside a full cocktail programme.

Pair your drink with Mediterranean bar snacks from Head Chef Ignacio Morales. We keep plenty of seats for walk-ins, so whether you book ahead or stroll in, there's always a place for you.

Upstairs, the dining room is bathed in natural light from skylights and our adjustable retractable roof — the perfect setting for a long lunch or late dinner.

Head Chef Ignacio Morales cooks over woodfire to bring out bold Mediterranean flavours. From slow-cooked lamb shoulder with dill and Greek yoghurt to wagyu sirloin charred over open flame, our menu celebrates the best of the Mediterranean with something for every palate.
