Our sommelier has curated an 80-bottle wine list spanning Greece, Spain, France, Italy and Australia, while Head Mixologist Euan Ferderer serves a full cocktail programme built around the Mediterranean.

Every table is served from the same list — settle in over a long lunch or a woodfire dinner and pair your drink with Mediterranean plates from Head Chef Ignacio Morales.

Our dining room is bathed in natural light from skylights and an adjustable retractable roof — the perfect setting for a long lunch or late dinner.

Head Chef Ignacio Morales cooks over woodfire to bring out bold Mediterranean flavours. From slow-cooked lamb shoulder with dill and Greek yoghurt to wagyu sirloin charred over open flame, our menu celebrates the best of the Mediterranean with something for every palate.
