Born from a love of Mediterranean culture, OUZO Bar & Dining brings the warmth, flavour and hospitality of the region to the heart of Darlinghurst. Inspired by travels through Greece, Spain, France and Italy, OUZO is more than a restaurant — it's a celebration of everything we love about Mediterranean dining: shared plates, bold flavours, exceptional wine, and evenings that never end too soon.
The Space
OUZO sits in the heart of Darlinghurst on Victoria Street. Our dining room is bathed in natural light from skylights and an adjustable retractable roof — open sky by night, sunlit by day — with intimate booths and alfresco seating. It’s the perfect setting for a long lunch or a late woodfire dinner.
