Born from the Mediterranean
Born from a love of Mediterranean culture, OUZO Bar & Dining brings the warmth, flavour and hospitality of the region to the heart of Darlinghurst. Inspired by travels through Greece, Spain, France and Italy, OUZO is more than a restaurant — it's a celebration of everything we love about Mediterranean dining: shared plates, bold flavours, exceptional wine, and evenings that never end too soon.
The Space
OUZO is a two-level venue in the heart of Darlinghurst. Downstairs, the European-inspired bar sets the tone with alfresco seating, intimate booths and a buzzing bar. Upstairs, the dining room is bathed in natural light from skylights and our retractable roof — the perfect setting for a long lunch or late dinner.
