Corporate Events FAQ

We can comfortably accommodate groups of 10 to 60 guests for seated dining, with larger cocktail-style events possible through full venue hire. Groups of 1–11 can book online, and for 12+ please email hello@ouzobardining.com.au.

Yes. Our upstairs dining room with skylights and retractable roof can be reserved semi-privately, and for exclusive events we can arrange full venue hire of either the ground-floor bar or the upstairs dining room.

Absolutely. Head Chef Ignacio Morales can tailor our Mediterranean set menus to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and all major allergies. Please advise us of dietaries at least 48 hours before your event.

Yes — we offer invoicing on 7-day terms for corporate clients with an approved account. Please contact us at hello@ouzobardining.com.au to set up an account.

Cakes and decorations are welcome. Branded materials for product launches and media events can be arranged — just let us know in advance and our team will coordinate.

For groups of 12+, we require 14 days’ notice for cancellations or changes to avoid charges. Card details are held securely at the time of booking. Full terms will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Yes — we can arrange microphones, projection and speaker setups for speeches or product launches. Please enquire with your specific requirements.

November and December book out fast. We recommend securing your preferred date 3–4 months in advance. Enquire early at hello@ouzobardining.com.au to lock in your preferred date.
